Hello again, my casino-loving mates. Great to have you along for another top casino review from yours truly, Dave Monk. I’m “Mr Slots”, and the resident casino reviewer for FreeSpinsNoDepositNoWager.com. So, what have we here, then?

I like a casino with grand ideas, me. Some casinos want to make you feel like their small, cosy and comfy. That’s all very well, but when it comes to the chance to win loads of cash I want my casino to “go large”. And when it comes to impressive structures, you can’t get too much larger than a mansion, so I was of course drawn to the regal MansionCasino.com!

But is this a palatial, multi-roomed, “des res” of a casino? Or is it simply a tired old council semi that’s had some stone cladding shoved on the front? Let’s get our estate agent’s senses twitching and go and have a look…

MansionCasino.com Casino Games & Slot Machines

When it comes to mansions I definitely prefer the classy, elegant, understated British mansion to the over-the-top, in-yer-face Hollywood mansion. Just saying! I pleased to see that MansionCasino.com is definitely more like the former than the latter. They’ve gone for classy and perfect dimensions rather than gaudy and stuff it with hundreds of rooms no one will ever use.

There are under 350 games here in total, and the place reeks of quality rather than quantity – and it’s all the better for it. They’ve decided to only offer games from Playtech and nowhere else. This means they got a lovely hand-crafted selection of quality games – seriously, they are all killer and no filler!

For the slot fans like me mong you there are just under 250 corkers you can play, including plenty of Hollywood tie-ins like Goonies, Matrix, Spinal Tap, Ted, Rocky, Justice League, Ace Ventura… trust me, there are loads. There’s a search facility to get straight to your favourites quickly, and there’s also tabs to show all slots, all jackpots, all table games, etc. It’s not the cleverest searching facility I’ve reviews, but it’ll do. And I’ll forgive it given the quality of the games on offer.

As well as all these high-quality slots (including several progressive jackpot games, albeit none of the really big hitters – max prize at time of writing was only £1.1M, with most in the few hundred thousand range) there’s are good number of casino table games here, which is getting rarer these days. You’ve got just short of 100 to choose from! Once more, these are all from the Playtech stable and they are all really well done. As well as over 10 variants of Blackjack, you’ve got more than 20 versions of roulette to get your teeth stuck into, as well as Hold ‘Em, roulette, craps, baccarat and more. So far, so impressive…

MansionCasino.com Live Casino

Even for an old slot-hound like me, I can see the attraction of the live casino offerings that are springing up all over the place. It’s a great way to get that “real casino” feel and interact with some (hopefully) fun and happy dealers, male and female, who are easy on the eye!

Luckily for all of us, then, MansionCasino.com has a sound live offering as well. Once again, they’ve gone down the Playtech-only route, and I for one like this a lot. Why? Because the Playtech live games at MansionCasino.com are all playable in your browser. Apparently this witchcraft is called HTML5. I don’t know what it means, but I do know that it works, and works well. You’ve got 25 tables to choose from, and games include different versions of Blackjack, roulette, Hold ‘em, Baccarat, and some non-traditional chance games that are good fun for a casual game or for newbies.

Best bit? They’ve got a live roulette table that’s themed around the excellent slot game “Age of Gods”. I’m in heaven!

Minimum stakes run from as little as £0.10p for Spin and win up to £10,000 on a couple of the blackjack versions. Most of the others are 5 grand limits, which is going to suit most of you. Big-stakes high rollers and VIPs might be better with another casino, but in terms of quality and gaming experience, MansionCasino.com is where it’s at.

MansionCasino.com Mobile

Got a phone? Does it have a browser? Was is made in the last 3 years? If the answer to all 3 is yes, then welcome to fully responsive mobile gaming on your phone. It’s as easy as that. But what if you don’t have the latest handset manufactured by poorly paid people in terrible conditions in the Far East?

Fear not, MansionCasino.com have your back. You can download a dedicated app from the relevant app store and play a cut down version (around 90 games) that will work with any phone that can download the app, never mind how young it is. Simples!

MansionCasino.com Support

Now then, as regular readers know, this is where a great casino can become merely Ok. Or worse. But as befits their name, MansionCasino.com have invested heavily in a palatial customer service call centre – perhaps it’s in a former mansion? If it is, I bet it’s comfortable because the lovely support people here are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Even better, there’s a freephone 0800 number to call. And even more betterer (is that a word?) if you like to call on your mobile phone and those 0800 numbers aren’t free under your contract, there’s a normal London number to call so you can use those lovely inclusive minutes.

This is a significant investment in money and staff at a time when many casinos are going down the “live web chat support only” route. Don’t get me wrong, I likes me a bit of live chat. But sometimes, picking up the dog-and-bone and talking to someone gets your questions answered quicker or your problem fixed sooner. So full marks from me.

If there’s a bit of a letdown anywhere it’s their online FAQ. It’s ok, it gives you all the details, but it’s just a long list of text, no search facility, not interestingly written, and a bit of a chore to work through. Perhaps they thought that having a call centre means they didn’t have to put as much work in to it as other casinos?

Sending cash to your account and withdrawing all those big wins was easy. No issues here, There’s a big range of payment methods you can use, including some quite rare ones. Options include Visa, PayPal, Boku (pay by mobile), Skrill, paysafecard, Neteller, Citadel Bank Transfer, EntroPay, iDebit, ecoPayz, and direct deposit from your bank account. Blimey!

Withdrawing your cash is just as simple – the money goes back to wherever it came from. No messing about, there. I know some people like to send money from one place and receive to another – and if that’s you, then maybe this isn’t a casino you want to deal with. Most people I know, me included, like to keep it simple. Pay with PayPal, withdraw to PayPal. Pay with debit card? Back on your card it goes. That’s the way I roll…

Overall I really do recommend opening an account with MansionCasino.com. As well as being treated to customer support that’s “palatial” in its offering, you might just win enough money to buy a real mansion of your own.

Cheers,

Dave
